Illinois 37 South, at Veterans Memorial Drive, was closed on Tuesday while city employees cut out a portion of pavement near the railroad tracks south of Rogers Family Tire to repair a leak. Water Department Supervisor Steve McCoy indicated the roadway would be opened by the end of Tuesday's work day.
