Also pictured is server Judy Sledge, a Cedarhurst volunteer. The annual luncheon program is in its seventh year. Tuesday's lunch was the first of four to be held this week. Workers with Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc., hung Christmas lights at several intersections in downtown Mt. Vernon early Monday morning. Also present were employees of the Mt.
