    FANCY FARM — Commissioner of Agriculture James Comer declared his entry into the gubernatorial race at this year’s 134th Fancy Farm Picnic in western Kentucky Saturday.
    Comer spent the first four minutes of his five-minute speech criticizing Democratic Attorney General Jack Conway, the only Democrat who has considered running in 2015.
