Arrests
Benjamin A. Minton, 22, of Lilburn, Ga., was arrested at 10:27 a.m. Thursday on a charge of retail theft. Minton was released.
Michael L. Webber, 45, of McLeansboro was arrested at 12:37 p.m. Thursday on a charge of retail theft.
Akeem J. Redman, 17, of the 400 block of South 17th Street was arrested at 1:48 p.m. Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
Jonathan D. Traxler, 37, of the 100 block of North Seventh Street was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Thursday on an out-of-state warrant.
Sarah J. Peterson, 17, of Waltonville was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Thursday on a charge of retail theft. Peterson was released.
Christopher M. Zigler, 29, of the 500 block of North Fifth Street was arrested at 3:07 a.m. Friday on a charge of criminal damage to property.
Theft
Someone reported at 4:02 p.m. Thursday that their cell phone was stolen while at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital.
A resident of the 900 block of Gilbert Street reported at 5:08 p.m. Thursday that two couches and one chair were stolen from his residence.
It was reported by Wal-Mart that the store had a female shoplifter in custody at 8:03 p.m. Thursday.
A woman from the 4200 block of Sassafras Lane reported at 11:27 p.m. Thursday that when she left to pick up her husband from work and returned home, screens were missing from her window and her computer was missing.
An employee of Hucks, 201 Main St., reported a gas drive-off at 5:50 a.m. Friday.
Incidents
A resident of the 800 block of Apricot made a report at 6:58 p.m. Thursday of receiving threatening phone calls from a female.
Someone from the 2400 block of Perkins reported at 8:42 p.m. Thursday that four juveniles were throwing rocks at their home.
A resident of the 1100 block of South 12th Street reported at 6:48 a.m. Friday that a man was in the rear of the residence partially wearing women’s clothing and disrobing. Police advised the man to move along.
