Cindy A. Hultgren, no age listed, of the 1400 block of North 17th Street was charged with obstructing a peace officer for allegedly refusing to cooperate while being photographed, fingerprinted and shackled by police.
Jeffrey M. Dennis, 26, of the 17100 block of East Thompson Road, Opdyke, was charged with theft for allegedly taking a sweater and a purse containing a Link card, a medical card, medical papers, a hairbrush and lotion on March 20.
Steven L. McBrian, 41, of the 300 block of Cedar Street was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling at a woman and waving a shovel at her on March 24.
Jack R. Heinrich, 28, of the 17800 block of East Tea Rose Lane, Texico, was charged with domestic battery and battery for allegedly choking a family member and throwing her to the ground and for tackling a man and throwing him to the ground on March 22.
Jason R. Sheets, 27, of the 100 block of Aspen Drive was charged with domestic battery for allegedly pushing a family member, grabbing her by the hair and punching her in both eyes on March 23.
Akeem J. Redman, 17, of the 400 block of South 17th Street was charged with criminal damage to property valued at less than $300 for allegedly damaging a 1998 Nissan on April 24.
Alvan Taylor, 48, of the 2700 block of Jones Street was charged with obstructing a peace officer for allegedly yelling and advancing on another individual after being told to stop while an officer was investigating a dispute between neighbors on April 26.
Adrian E. Carruth, 18, of the 12200 block of East Lakeview was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis for allegedly having less than 2.5 grams of the drug on April 8.
Clois W. Garner, 49, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street was charged with criminal trespass to real property for allegedly going onto property owned by Milano Metals on April 13.
Bridget K. Neal, 21, of the 1600 block of Forest Street was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence for allegedly striking a family member with her fists and kicking him in the groin, then preventing him from calling 911 on April 30.

Leo A. Levandowski, 25, of Sesser was charged with burglary for allegedly entering a building at Freeman Coal Company in Waltonville on April 24.
Michael J. Salatas, 27, of Ewing was charged with burglary for allegedly entering a building at Freeman Coal Company in Waltonville on April 24.

Jeffrey R. Brown, 36, of the 600 block of South 24th Street was charged with criminal sexual abuse for allegedly having sexual conduct with a person unable to give knowing consent and touching them on the buttocks on April 25.
Lamont Mitchell, 46, of Centralia was charged with criminal trespass to a residence for allegedly entering a home in the 400 block of Cherry Street on April 26.
Allen Simmons, 44, of the 800 block of South 10th Street was charged with unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor for allegedly having less than 15 grams of pseudoephedrine on April 25.
Chelsey Farmer, 19, of the 1300 block of Perkins Avenue was charged with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis for allegedly having more than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine and between 300 and 500 grams of cannabis on April 25.

Adelia Washington, 22, of the 800 block off South 19th Street was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking two bottles of Gray Goose vodka from Times Square Liquors on April 17.
Brian A. White, 38, of the 5300 block of East Vassar Road, Woodlawn, was charged with theft for allegedly taking between $300 and $10,000 from Purcell Tire during 2007.
Justin Blake Leneave, 25, of the 800 block of South 18th Street was charged with forgery for allegedly signing another person’s name to a Visa check in the amount of $500 on Nov. 9, 2007.
Amanda R. Morales, 22, of the 1200 block of West First Street, Bluford, was charged with forgery for allegedly signing another person’s name to a Visa traveler’s check in the amount of $500 and trying to cash it at Bills’ Grocery Store on Nov. 9, 2007.

Correction
A charge of domestic battery filed against Duane A. Johnson of the 3100 block of North 10th Street, which was reported last week was dropped, as Johnson was a witness to the alleged incident, not the perpetrator.
