Christopher E. Bland, 26, of the 2000 block of Casey Avenue had charges of theft and criminal trespass to vehicles dismissed.

Michael R. Boling, 26, of the 1800 block of Cherry Street had charges of theft and criminal trespass to vehicles dismissed.

Jermell Evans, 22, of Chicago had a charge of receiving/possessing/selling a stolen vehicle dropped.

Darrell K. Goodrich, 24, of the 700 block of South 21st Street pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to two years’ probation, fined, given credit for 60 days served in jail, and ordered to complete public service. A charge of residential burglary was dismissed.

Maggie Howell, 49, of the 1200 block of Terry Street, Centralia, had a charge of possession of a methamphetamine-manufacturing chemical dismissed.

Mary E. Karnes, 43, of the 17500 block of North Tolle Lane pleaded guilty to theft by control/intent and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and fined. A charge of forgery was dismissed.

Luke Likens, 20, of the 2400 block of Cherry Street had a charge of forging/altering a firearm owner’s identification card dropped.

Kenneth W. McKinney III, 32, of the 1100 block of South 12th Street had a charge of manufacture/delivery of between 10 and 30 grams of cannabis dismissed.

Bradley H. Nabors, 25, of the 700 block of Magnolia Avenue pleaded guilty to failure to register within 10 days at a new residence and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and fined.

Marty L. Beers, 43, of the 500 block of Broadway pleaded guilty to possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge and fined. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Gloria A. Dudley, 46, of Virginia Beach, Va., had a charge of retail theft dropped.

Justin E. Ford, 24, of the first block of Edgewood Drive pleaded guilty to reckless conduct and was sentenced to one year of probation and fined.

Anita D. Heil, 49, of Knoxville pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to land and was sentenced to two years’ conditional discharge and fined. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Ronald M. Hicks, 19, of the 500 block of Short Street had a charge of possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor dropped.

Joshua R. Hurst, 18, of the second block of Webster Hill Estates had a charge of possession of cannabis dismissed.

Warren LaFlamme, 37, of the 700 block of Salem Road had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.

Arbie A. Martin, 23, of Lafayette, La., had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed.

Jordan Thomas Smith, 26, of the 10500 block of North Panzier Lane pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs. A charge of resisting a peace officer, endangering the life/health of a child and criminal trespass to a residence were dismissed.

Ratasha Turner, 24, of the 1800 block of Conger Avenue had a charge of resisting a peace officer dismissed.

Charles E. Wollitz Jr., 45, of Centralia had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed on a state motion.

Earl C. Wollitz, 45, of Centralia pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, ordered to pay court costs and given credit for jail time served.
