Thefts
A resident in the 18600 block of North Deal Lane in Woodlawn reported to the JCSO at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday that anhydrous ammonia had been stolen.

Mt. Vernon Police Department

Arrests
Horace S. Robateau, 22, of Rockford was arrested at 4:47 a.m. Wednesday on an outstanding warrant. Bond was set at $25,000.
Thefts
A resident in the 400 block of South 17th Street reported to police at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday that her boyfriend took her car, car title and license plates without her permission.
Police received a report at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday that a student at Mt. Vernon Township High School had his money stolen.
An employee of Kroger contacted police at 9:14 a.m. Wednesday to report a theft.
Incidents
An officer was flagged down by a passerby in the 300 block of South Second Street at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday to report that two juveniles were seen and one allegedly had a gun.
A resident in the 2500 block of Forest Avenue reported to police at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday that graffiti had been spray painted on their garage.
A resident in the 400 block of Herbert Street contacted police at 11:18 p.m. Tuesday that a four-wheeler had been left in their yard and didn’t belong to them. According to reports, the vehicle had been reported stolen in Franklin County.
An employee of St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room reported at 2:55 a.m. Wednesday that a woman who claimed to have been mugged and had been battered was being treated.
