Mt. Vernon Police Department
Arrests
Ernie L. Whipple, 55, of the 10300 block of East Rileyville Road, Dix, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. Friday on a charge of criminal trespass to a building. Bond for Whipple was set at $1,000.
Brandon A. Fitzpatrick, 19, of the 1500 block of Paula Drive, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on charges of domestic battery, unlawful resistance to a peace officer and reckless driving.
Levon O. Morgan, 23, of the 2300 block of Benton Road, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Saturday on a charge of contempt of court. Morgan was released.
Robert C. Taylor, 42, of the 700 block of South 18th Street, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. Sunday on a charge of resisting a peace officer. Taylor was released.
David W. Keen, 23, of the 500 block of South Street, Bluford, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Sunday on charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Keen was released.
Monique Harris, 21, of the 15500 block of North Illinois 37, was arrested at 4:01 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer. Bond was set at $1,000 and Harris was released. Harris was also arrested on a charge of battery. Bond for that charge was $1,000 and Harris was released.
Shawn W. Dreyer, 27, of the 700 block of Main Street, was arrested at 12:12 p.m.. Sunday on a charge of retail theft under $150.
Jessica L. Smith, 19, of the 1200 block of South 23rd Street, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. Monday on an in-state warrant. Bond for Smith was set at $1,000.

Arrests
Teresa D. Baldridge, 42, of Cottonwood Drive, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Friday on a charge of contempt of court.
Jennifer L. Webb, 35, of the 9100 block of East Ellerbusch Road, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. Sunday on a charge of obstructing justice.
Scott L. Webb, 37, of the 9100 block of East Ellerbusch Road, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Sunday on a charge of resistance to a peace officer and leaving the scene of property damage accident. Bond was set at $2,000 and Webb was released.
Steven D. Ballard, 36, of the 15200 block of North Blackbird Lane, was arrested at 6:07 a.m. Monday on a charge of domestic battery.
Theft
A burglary was reported near Ina Lane, Belle Rive, at 10:48 a.m. Sunday.
Incidents
A resident of the 7400 block of North Spring Garden Lane reported at 1:31 p.m. Sunday that her son went outside to his vehicle and saw a window busted and a big dent in the side of the vehicle.
