Circuit Court

Thomas D. Williams, 51, of the 1200 block of Salem Road, was charged with five counts of unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor for allegedly giving alcohol to five minors on July 26.

Joe D. Buchanan Jr., 30, of the 700 block of West Fifth Street in Bluford, was charged with criminal disposal of waste for allegedly dumping glass in the 21500 block of East Illinois Highway 15 in Bluford.

Randall M. Williams, 50, of the 400 block of Main Street, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence for allegedly doing so on Aug. 30.

Annika K. Thurmond, 28, of the 300 block of Pine Drive, was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking shoes, clothes and hygiene products from Wal-Mart on Aug. 31.

Billy Joe Hails, 51, of the 15600 block of North Fairdrive Lane in Woodlawn, was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property for allegedly throwing a rum bottle through the window of a van belonging to a family member, causing glass to shower on her body on Aug. 26.

Tracey Williams, 18, of the 2000 block of Richview Road, was charged with battery for allegedly hitting a woman in the face with her hands on Sept. 3.

Michelle Okoniewski, 18, of Spring Grove, was charged with bringing contraband into a penal institution for allegedly taking cannabis into Big Muddy River Correctional Center on Aug. 23.

David Snyder, 20, of Spring Grove, was charged with bringing contraband into a penal institution for allegedly taking cannabis into Big Muddy River Correctional Center on Aug. 23.

Jamie C. Stanley, 18, of the 1200 block of Salem Road, was charged with unlawful restraint and domestic battery for allegedly kicking a family member, striking her in the face, dragging her by the hair and physically preventing her from leaving the residence on Aug. 27.

Michael P. Burnett, 18, of Park Hills, Mo., was charged with unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor and unlawful possession of methamphetamine for allegedly having a quantity of pseudoephedrine and under 5 grams of methamphetamine on Aug. 27.

Darryl M. Long, 21, of the 800 block of South 20th Street, was charged with forgery for allegedly signing the name of Rusty Warren on a check made out to himself in the amount of $60 on Aug. 27.

Marvin Hall, 18, of the 800 block of South 21st Street, was charged with robbery for allegedly taking currency from James Bigley by use of force on Aug. 28.

Benjamin X. Stuckey, 18, of the 700 block of South 15th Street, was charged with robbery for allegedly taking car keys from James Bigley by use of force on Aug. 28.

Andrew L. Acuna, 23, of Thompsonville, was charged with forgery for allegedly presenting a forged prescription for a narcotic to Walgreens on Aug. 27.

Billy R. Rawls, 25, of Wayne City, was charged with domestic battery enhanced sentence and unlawful restraint for allegedly grabbing a family member by the neck and detaining them in a bedroom closet on Aug. 29, and having a previous domestic battery conviction.

Jeffery L. Currie, 23, of the 900 block of South 20th Street, was charged with obstructing justice for allegedly giving police a false name on Sept. 2.

Tiana M. Barnes, 24, of Chicago, was charged with obstructing justice and retail theft for allegedly taking shoes, clothes and hygiene products from Wal-Mart and giving police a false name on Aug. 31.

Garrett Beppler, 17, of the 300 block of South North Street in Bluford, was charged with aggravated battery for allegedly strangling a man and pushing him to the ground on Sept. 2.

Kevin H. Brown, 24, of the 800 block of South 18th Street, was charged with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance for allegedly having under 15 grams of MDMA, also known as Ectasy on Sept. 3.
