Arrests
Andrew C. Baltzell, 18, of the 100 block of East Opdkye Road was arrested on an out-of-state warrant. Bond was set at $15,000.
Dominique D. Peoples, 18, of the 1000 block of Lamar Avenue, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
Katarius D. Peoples, 17, of the 100 block of Lamar Avenue, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass on state supported land. Bond was set at $1,000.
Leonard E Kirsch, 52, of Opdyke, was arrested Saturday at 1:15 p.m. on charges of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $30,000.
Clifton Martin, 48, of the 1500 block of South 12th Street, was arrested Friday at 3:15 a.m. on a charge of obstructing an officer and an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $10,000.
McKendal D. Malone, 36, of the 700 block of South 15th Street, was arrested Sunday at 10:31 p.m. on an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $19,200 and Malone was released.
Thefts
Sunday at 10:49 a.m., police responded to a report of a drive off at the Circle K.
Police responded to a report of a stolen ladder Sunday at 11:02 a.m. in the 700 block of South 17th Street.
Police responded to a report of a theft on the 2400 block of Perkins Avenue Sunday.
Incidents
Police responded to a report of a burglary at Mount Vernon Township High School Saturday at 8:07 p.m. A window was broken and a door was damaged.
Sunday at 7:29 a.m., police responded to a report of a vehicle broken into at Enterprise Rental.
Police responded to a report of a vehicle vandalized Sunday at 8:34 a.m. in the 1000 block of Wescott Street.
Police responded to a report of a hit and run on a government vehicle at the Army Recruiting Center Sunday at 10:12 a.m.

Michael L. Engles, 42, of South Roxana, was arrested Sunday at 2:07 p.m. on two in-state warrants. Bond was set at $50,000.
Owen D. Curtis, 42, of Bluford, was arrested Sunday at 1:42 p.m. on a charge of theft by deception.

Arrests
Colleen E. McCormick, 42, of Centralia, was arrested Sunday at 4:18 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 and McCormick was released.
