Arrests

Tyson A. Carlos, 25, of the 300 block of North Fourth Street, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving without a license.

• Justin Larcom, 24, of the 1000 block of Welkins, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. Thursday on a charge of domestic battery.

• David D. Weatherall, 23, of the 4000 block of Willow Springs, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal trespass to state land.

Accident

A Hoyleton man was injured in a one-vehicle rollover accident at 10 p.m. Thursday on Richview Road. Police said Frank M. York, 63, was westbound of Richview Road, about five miles west of 42nd Street, when a group of deer walked out onto the roadway. York swerved to miss the deer and lost control of his S-10 truck. York was taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center with minor injuries. He was issued a citation, according to the police report.

Incidents

A caller told police at 9:39 p.m. Thursday a man destroyed a mail box in the 1100 block of South 23rd Street. The victim did not wish to press charges, according to police logs.

•A woman told police at 10:06 p.m. Thursday a man stole the woman’s phone after she gave the suspect and his friends a ride to Jordan Street.

Theft

The owner of Farm Fresh in the 800 block of Newby reported a male subject stole a candy bar at 1:21 p.m. Thursday. The suspect was last seen westbound on a bicycle.
