Arrests

Titiana S. Marshbanks, 24, of the 1100 block of South 13th Street, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.

n Samuel D. Campise, 43, of the 4200 block of Valley Forge, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving under the influence.

Incidents

A male subject reported at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday someone broke out a window to his vehicle while parked in the 300 block of North 16th Street.

n A staff member of Progressive Housing Inc., in the 700 block of East Illinois Highway 15, reported a mentally disabled female was out of control at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday and broke glass. The client was taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center for a mental evaluation.

n A landlord of property in the 1100 block of South 24th Street told police at 8:47 p.m. Tuesday he went to check on the property and found a door open and items moved inside. The previous renters told the landlord they did not cause the damage, police logs state.

Thefts

The manager of a motel in the 200 block of Potomac Boulevard reported at 9:48 a.m. Tuesday a guest believes someone siphoned gas out of a vehicle.

n A woman reported at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday a microwave oven was taken from one of the new units under construction for Cedar Pointe.

Accident

A report was unavailable from police on a two-vehicle accident at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of Broadway. A woman complained of head pain and was transported to Crossroads Community Hospital, according to police logs. Three people refused medical treatment and/or transport.

Arrest

Dakota M. Hayes, 21, Bluford, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday on charges of criminal trespass to land and criminal damage to property.

Arrest

Petru Robu, 47, Plymouth, Mich., was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of resisting/obstructing a police officer.
