Charges filed:

Trenton O. Turner, 26, of the 1000 block of Lamar, was formally charged Feb. 6 with domestic battery. The charge alleges on June 6 the defendant made physical contact with the mother of the defendant’s child by grabbing her hair.

n Sylvia M. Kibler, 26, of the 4100 block of Willow Springs, was formally charged Feb. 7 with unlawful delivery of cannabis. The charge alleges on Aug. 8 the defendant delivered more than 2.5 grams, but not more than 10 grams, of cannabis to a confidential source of the Mt. Vernon Police Department.

n Margaret Teriet, 31, of the 1700 block of Sunset Drive, was formally charged Feb. 11 with retail theft. The charge alleges on Jan. 10 the defendant took numerous items, valued at over $300, from Walmart.

n Adam J. Pisula, 24, of the 15000 block of Fairfield Road, was formally charged Feb. 13 with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The charge alleges on Feb. 11 the defendant had in his possession Hydromorphone, a controlled substance.

n Michael Scroggins, 39, Cordova, Ala., was formally charged Wednesday with two counts of unlawful participation in meth production and unlawful participation of meth-manufacturing materials. The charges allege on Feb. 15 the defendant participated in the production of less than 15 grams of meth at a motel in the 300 block of South 44th Street and possessed meth-manufacturing materials, including starter fluid, lithium battery, plastic tubing and a funnel.

n Jeremy L. Hardig, 31, of the 800 block of North Fourth Street, was formally charged Wednesday with aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and unlawful restraint. The charges allege on Jan. 24 the defendant allegedly strangled his girlfriend, a household member of the defendant, he prevented the victim from leaving the residence by grabbing her neck and throwing her to the ground and he punched the victim in the face.

n William S. Nabors, 23, of the 800 block of South 17th Street, was formally charged Wednesday with domestic battery. The charge alleges on Monday the defendant made physical contact with his girlfriend in that he pushed her.

n Mikal L. Mitchell, 31, Buchanan, Tenn., was formally charged Wednesday with possession of a hypodermic syringe/needle. The charge alleges the defendant on Monday possessed the syringe/needle for the purpose of injection.

n Jody B. Stewart, 36, of the 4200 block of Cumberland Pike, was formally charged Wednesday with two counts of domestic battery. The charges allege the defendant on Monday poured beer on his girlfriend and threw her on a couch.

n Wilyam H. Moore, 35, of the 100 block of North Seventh Street, was formally charged Wednesday with two counts of domestic battery. The charges allege the defendant caused bodily harm to his daughter in that he punched her about the body and struck her about the body with a cord.

Dispositions:

Kristi R. Buchanan, 20, Sebree, Ky., pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.

n Haley M. Wingo, 20, Ewing, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Aaron R. Bradford, 26, of the 900 block of Taylor, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge. Bradford also pleaded guilty to a charge of theft less than $500 and it will be served concurrently with the drug charge.

n David D. Weatherall, 23, Bolingbrook, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to a charge of criminal trespass to land. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Jerica A. Taylor, 19, of the 300 block of South Fourth Street, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to a charge of obstructing identification. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and 100 hours of public service.

n Kenez K. Parks, 27, of the 600 block of South 18th Street, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to a charge of criminal trespass to state land. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Nathanael D. Mays, 18, Belle Rive, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n David M. Knox, 37, of the 1400 block of South 12th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Dearron B. Rudd, 22, of the 500 block of South 17th Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of manufacturing/distribution of a look-alike substance. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation.

n Kelli R. Brown, 30, of the 300 block of Marteeny, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of unauthorized possession of a prescription. She was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.

n Kaira S. James, 29, of the 100 block of East Last Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of knowingly damaging property. The defendant was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.

n Zachery K. Tomshack, 21, Waltonville, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.
