n David R. Rodriguez, 22, Bluford, was formally charged Monday with theft over $500. The charge alleges the defendant took an Apple I-phone, valued at over $500 but less than $10,000, from a female subject and the defendant has a prior theft conviction in Jefferson County.
n Marcelus A. Teasley, 21, Stone Park, was formally charged Tuesday with theft with a prior conviction of burglary in Jefferson County. The charge alleges the defendant took several items, valued at less than $500, from a female subject.
n Robert G. Kackowski, 51, Woodlawn, was formally charged Tuesday with aggravated battery and battery. The charges allege on Feb. 21 the defendant struck a man in the face inside a business in the 200 block of Potomac Boulevard and he threw his wife to the ground and choked her around the neck.
n Martha F. Henry, 45, of the 1100 block of South 12th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with retail theft. The charge alleges the defendant took merchandise, valued at less than $300, from a business in the 500 block of South 10th Street on Feb. 22 with a prior retail theft conviction in Jefferson County.
n Anthony N. Graham, 45, of the 500 block of South 22nd Street, was formally charged Tuesday with aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer. The charges allege the defendant shoved a police officer in the chest and pulled away from the officer during his attempt to take the defendant into custody.
Clayton L. Anderson, 18, of the 2000 block of Richview Road, pleaded guilty Feb. 20 to a charge of theft less than $500. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation.
n Joshua M. Dukes, 38, of the 800 block of South 24th Street, pleaded guilty Feb. 20 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed.
n Xavier Q. Mosley, 24, St. Louis, pleaded guilty Feb. 21 to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.
