Dec. 23 — Michael R. Streiff and Ashley J. Saxon, both of Mt. Vernon.

Charges filed:

Bobby J. Jones, 38, Christopher, was formally charged Dec. 20 with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. The charges allege the defendant on Dec. 19 choked his girlfriend, and he pushed his girlfriend, after having previously been convicted of domestic battery in Jackson County.

n Steven M. Korte, 27, of the 700 block of Lamar Avenue, was formally charged Dec. 20 with domestic battery. The charge alleges the defendant made physical contact of an insulting nature on Dec. 18 in that he bit his girlfriend’s finger.

n Breah L. Rivera, 20, of the 1100 block of South 25th Street, was formally charged Thursday with criminal trespass to a residence. The charge alleges on Dec. 19 the defendant entered a residence in the 13000 block of East Davis Road knowing at the time there was no one at the residence.

n Dylan C. Bruns, 17, of the 6800 block of Matisse Lane, was formally charged Thursday with criminal trespass to a residence and criminal damage to property. The charges allege the defendant entered a residence in the 13000 block of East Davis Road knowing at the time no one was at the residence. He is also accused of damaging walls and a door to the residence and a game console, causing more than $300, but less than $10,000 in damages.

n Angel M. Jackson, 19, of the 900 block of Cleveland, was formally charged Thursday with criminal damage to government supported property and resisting/obstructing an officer. The charges allege the defendant on Dec. 20 damaged a squad car of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, causing less than $500 damage. She also resisted arrest in that she braced her feet to keep from going into a squad car and hit the side of the car with her head.

n Jaryan D. Brock-Brantley, 24, Opdyke, was formally charged Thursday with domestic battery. The charge alleges the defendant caused bodily harm to his ex-girlfriend in that he grabbed her and threw her to the ground.

n Robert A. Nauert, 34, of the 600 block of Chesterfield, was formally charged Thursday with domestic battery. The charge alleges the defendant made physical contact of an insulting nature with his sister, in that the defendant with his hand struck the victim in the face.

Dispositions:

Cortis L. Foulks, 25, of the 1400 block of White Street, pleaded guilty Dec. 19 to charges of domestic battery and resisting a peace officer. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and given credit for 10 days served.

n James Page, 36, Bluford, pleaded guilty Dec. 20 to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. He was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.
