Charges filed:

Jasmine M. Gonzalez, 19, of the 1500 block of Shawnee Street, was formally charged Jan. 23 with unlawful consumption of liquor by a minor. The charge alleges on Dec. 19 the defendant, a minor, consumed alcohol.

n Erica J. McCoy, 19, of the 15000 block of East Country Meadows Road, was formally charged Jan. 23 with unlawful consumption of liquor by a minor. The charge alleges on Dec. 19 the defendant, a minor, consumed alcohol.

n David D. Weatherall, 23, Bolingbrook, was formally charged Jan. 24 with unlawful possession of cannabis. The charge alleges on Jan. 19 the defendant had not more than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

n William C. Williams, 58, of the 1100 block of Gaskins, was formally charged Tuesday with domestic battery. The charge alleges on Sunday the defendant with an open hand smacked his girlfriend across the left side of her face.

n Bobbie J. Staley, 20, Texico, was formally charged Tuesday with resisting a peace officer. The charge alleges on Jan. 25 the defendant ran from an Illinois State Police trooper during the execution of an arrest.

n Kimberly R. Carlton, 26, of the 600 block of South 23rd Street, was formally charged Tuesday with aggravated unlawful participation in meth production, unlawful participation in meth production, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, unlawful possession of meth manufacturing materials and unlawful possession with intent to deliver meth. The charges allege the defendant participated in the manufacture of less than 15 grams of meth and did so in a motel on South 10th Street; she possessed less than 15 grams of pseudoephedrine; she possessed coffee filters, drain cleaner, Coleman fuel and plastic bottles; and she possessed with the intent to deliver 5 grams of meth.

n Kyle Badgett, 22, of the 700 block of South 10th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful participation in meth production, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, unlawful possession of meth manufacturing materials and unlawful possession with intent to deliver meth. Dispositions:

Sierra R. Russnak, 22, of the 200 block of Castleton, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Robert A. Tate, 30, of the 500 block of South 21st Street, pleaded guilty Jan. 24 to a charge of possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Jaryn D. Brock-Brantley, 24, Opdyke, pleaded guilty Jan. 24 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Chelsey L. Roth, 29, Opdyke, pleaded guilty Jan. 24 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Dwight D. Williams, 54, of the 700 block of South 25th Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 30 months of conditional discharge and probation on a 2010 case was terminated.

n Laangel K. Forest, 28, of the 1900 block of Conger Avenue, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of writing bad checks. The defendant was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Dakota L. Jones, 37, Marion, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of violation of probation and was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n William H. Wynn, 68, DuQuoin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of aggravated unlawful restraint. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Ketarius S. Peoples, 22, of the 500 block of Broadway, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of theft less than $500. The defendant was sentenced to 30 months of probation and was credited with 105 days served.

n Bobby J. Jones, 38, Christopher, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a charge of aggravated domestic battery. The defendant was sentenced to three years of probation and 60 days in jail.

n Kevin L. Phillips, 34, of the 2700 block of Colonial Drive, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a charge of aggravated domestic battery. He was sentenced to three years to the Department of Corrections.

n Ellen R. Boyce, 25, Centralia, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft less than $300. She was sentenced to 18 months to the Department of Corrections and given credit for 35 days served.

n Natasha Hale, 21, Dayton, Ohio, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of theft less than $300. She was sentenced to 30 months of conditional discharge.

n Cheryl L. McCracken, 32, Bethel Heights, Ark., pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to two years of court supervision.

n Jennifer L. Huelskamp, 31, of the 900 block of Salem Road, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to two years of court supervision.

n Natacha D. Tackitt, 39, of the 17000 block of East Knox Road, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Patrick M. Dudley, 53, of the 3200 block of Jamison, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n Christopher M. Henzman, 29, Newburgh, Ind., pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision and 100 hours of public service.
