Lasheda Croft, 32, of the 900 block of Cleveland, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
n Susan Revis, 29, Ina, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked and an unspecified warrant.
n James Jackson, 26, of the 400 block of Opdyke, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Thursday on a charge of domestic battery.
n Cassandra Allain, 23, Bluford, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving during suspension.
n Vennis Brown, 20, of the 1400 block of South 34th Street, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Friday on a warrant charging failure to appear.
A woman told police at 7:47 a.m. Thursday her vehicle was stolen overnight while parked at her boyfriend’s residence in the 400 block of Opdyke.
n A woman told police at 2:14 p.m. Thursday a wallet was stolen at a business in the 600 block of South 42nd Street. The woman reportedly recovered the wallet but items were missing, police logs state.
An employee of One Hope United reported at 12:45 p.m. Thursday she was with a female in the emergency room at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center who alleges someone tried to slit her throat the previous evening. Officers stated the victim had alleged mental issues and was off her medications, although a report on the alleged incident was taken.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department
MVPD requested a deputy at 4:14 p.m. Thursday to check the area of East Lynchberg Road and North Seven Mile Road for a possible stolen vehicle. The Chevrolet Tahoe was located and taken back to the police department for processing.
n A deputy requested a report in reference to threats made from a Twitter page about students at Waltonville High School. A juvenile was questioned about the incident, police logs state.

Rudy Byler, 36, Belle Rive, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. Thursday on a charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
