Brandon Turner, 28, of the 700 block of Harrison Street, was arrested at 10 a.m. Monday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
n Jamilynn Mason, 27, Sesser, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Monday on a charge of retail theft.
n Julie Dyer, 33, Hillside Drive, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Monday on charges of driving under the influence and endangering the life of a child.
n Steven Allemand, 55, of the 800 block of Park Avenue, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of bail bond.
n Dusten Shephard, 20, of the 300 block of North 16th Street, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
An employee of King City Chrysler reported at 9:38 a.m. Monday damage was discovered to vehicles from an earlier weekend incident in which juveniles were throwing rocks at the vehicles.
n A resident reported at 4:03 p.m. Monday a home in the 400 block of South 21st Street had been burglarized.
n A male resident of the United Methodist Children’s Home reported at 4:50 p.m. Monday he allegedly had been battered earlier in the day.
A man told police at 9:46 a.m. Monday medications were taken from a residence in the 1300 block of South 26th Street.
n Loss prevention personnel at Kmart reported at 4:43 p.m. Monday a shoplifter was in custody.

A rural Mt. Vernon man was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
William Hawkins, 56, of Ranch Road, was operating a truck when he lost control in the 17000 block of North Tolle Lane and rolled over.
Hawkins was ticketed on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of an uninsured vehicle.
He was taken to Crossroads Community Hospital following the accident.
Firefighters were called to three field fires on Tuesday. A grass fire was reportedly out of control in the 14000 block of North Link Lane at 11:32 a.m.; Bluford was toned out for a fire on Robin Ranch Land Lane at 1:32 p.m. and JFPD was called to a fire in the 9600 block of East Webb Road at 1:53 p.m., clearing the scene at 2:52 p.m., according to department logs.
