Charges filed:

James Crawford, 23, of the 16000 block of North Illinois Highway 37, was formally charged Monday with unlawful failure of a sex offender to report. The violation occurred on Feb. 21, according to court records.

n Eric L. Young, 46, address unknown, was formally charged Monday with unlawful failure of a sex offender to report. The violation occurred on Feb. 21, according to court records.

n Charles L. Whipple, 42, Woodlawn, was formally charged Tuesday with domestic battery. The charge alleges on March 9 the defendant struck his son in the face with a fist and has a prior conviction of aggravated battery in Jefferson County.

n Quavarus Jackson, 24, of the 1000 block of Forest, was formally charged Tuesday with retail theft. The charge alleges on March 8 the defendant took a Samsung Galaxy phone and a set of earphones and various items of candy from Kmart with a prior conviction of residential burglary in St. Clair County.

n Devon D. Beasley, 23, of the 1700 block of Main Street, was formally charged Tuesday with retail theft. The charge alleges on March 8 the defendant took a lighter from the Family Dollar store with a prior conviction of theft in Jefferson County.

n Jamilynn E. Mason, 27, Sesser, was formally charged Tuesday with retail theft. The charge alleged on Monday the defendant took jewelry from Kmart.

n Jominique J. Davis, 28, of the 1100 block of Wescott, was formally charged Wednesday with two counts of unlawful failure of a sex offender to report. The violation occurred on Dec. 13, 2013, according to court records.

n Rudy S. Byler, 36, Belle Rive, was formally charged on Wednesday with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The charge alleges in September 2013, the defendant allegedly committed various sexual acts with a female family member under the age of 18.

n Jerry M. Hill, 31, of the 1000 block of Bell, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis. The charge alleges on Tuesday the defendant allegedly had more than 30, but less than 50 grams, of a substance containing cannabis.

n Tyler M. Bradham, 18, of the 14000 block of North Old Centralia Lane, was formally charged Thursday with two counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges allege on Monday the defendant had two pipes and a grinder in his possession with the intent to inhale cannabis; the second count alleges the defendant had a glass bong in possession with the intent to inhale cannabis.

Dispositions:

Amy B. Bravard, 21, of the 200 block of South Second Street, pleaded guilty Monday to charges of battery and driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Somer M. Lowery, 32, of the 1200 block of South 27th Street, pleaded guilty March 7 to a charge of domestic battery. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Steve G. Wilson, 29, of the 5700 block of Richview Road, pleaded guilty March 7 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Misty B. Corrie, 36, of the 300 block of Harrison Street, pleaded guilty March 7 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Brendon J. Meyerhoff, 26, of the 1600 block of Pace Avenue, pleaded guilty March 7 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge. A charge of possession of cannabis was dismissed.

n Zachary L. Youngblood, 20, of the 9100 block of Cherryville Lane, pleaded guilty March 7 to a charge of consumption of liquor by a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Frank M. York, 64, Hoyleton, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of reckless conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Harry N. Benson, 33, of the 500 block of South 25th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to an amended charge of theft under $500. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Robert C. Taylor, 48, of the 900 block of South 25th Street, pleaded guilty March 6 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge and 364 days in jail. A charge of criminal trespass to state land was dismissed.

n Terry L. Morgan, 36, of the 900 block of South 24th Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of meth less than 5 grams. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Kourtney M. Brewer, 26, Energy, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision and 100 hours of public service.

n Michael D. McDaniel, 39, Texico, pleaded guilty March 6 to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to five days in jail and 18 months of conditional discharge.
