n Joevon C. Taylor, 28, of the 500 block of Castleton Avenue, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal damage to state supported property.
n Cortis L. Foulks, 24, of the 600 block of South 18th Street, was arrested at 9 p.m. Thursday on a charge of no valid driver’s license.
A male subject reported at 3:23 p.m. Thursday he was jumped by three younger males in a rest room at the city park.
n A man reported at 9:15 p.m. Thursday he was the victim of a battery by a man known to him.
n A female told police at 10:50 p.m. Thursday someone busted out a window to her vehicle while parked in the 800 block of Conger Avenue.
n A customer at the Mt. Vernon Fitness Center on Salem Road told police at 1 a.m. Friday her car windows had been broken out.
An employee of a business in the 700 block of Shawnee Road told police at 7:52 a.m. Thursday one of their license plates had been stolen.
n An officer reported to dispatchers at 8:46 a.m. Thursday he was flagged down by a man who reported his residence in the 2300 block of Perkins Avenue had been burglarized and mail had been stolen.
n A man told police at 12:38 p.m. Thursday he left his wallet on a table, went to the rest room, and when he returned, the wallet was gone.
Firefighters responded to a car fire at 12:09 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of South 18th Street. Units cleared the scene at 1:12 a.m., according to police logs.

Jessie W. Howard, 48, Ina, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Friday on a charge of domestic battery.
Police responded at 8:55 p.m. Thursday to a report of criminal damage to the old Woodlawn Park. Operators of four vehicles were reportedly doing donuts on park grounds. The offenders were banned from the park by the Park Board, jail logs state.
