Arrests

Christopher L. Simms, 34, of the 600 block of Oak Avenue, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging unlawful use of an account number.

n Tyler E. Horton, 19, of the 900 block of Apricot, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging retail theft.

n Tonya Elion, 36, of the 300 block of Jordan Street, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Thursday on two counts of aggravated domestic battery.

Incidents

A man told police at 8:02 a.m. Wednesday he was the victim of a battery. The man refused EMS, according to police logs.

n An employee of a business in the 1000 block of Veterans Memorial Drive reported at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday a theft.

n A man told police at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday while he was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of 42nd Street and Veterans Memorial Drive a male subject he knows punched him through a window.

n A woman driving in the 1200 block of South 26th Street reported at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday a juvenile threw something at her vehicle causing it to spider-web a window.

n An officer requested EMS at 12:06 a.m. Thursday to the 300 block of Jordan Street for a male who was stabbed in the back. The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center, and a female was taken into custody.

Arrest

Ratravion D. Wade, 26, East St. Louis, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. Thursday on a charge of violation of bail bond.

Theft

A man reported at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday the theft of a vehicle in the 13000 block of East Davis Road.
