Arrests

Holly R. Dees, 39, of the 1400 block of South 26th Street, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct.

n Rebecca J. Harper, 44, of the 1000 block of South 23rd Street, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of domestic battery.

n Zackery L. Brumley, 26, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Incidents

A woman reported at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday she was involved in a dispute with a man, who allegedly pulled a knife and cut the woman’s forearm.

n A man told police at 9:56 p.m. Tuesday he was stabbed in the face by a woman known to the victim at the intersection of Second and Opdyke. The woman was located near a business on Broadway and taken into custody.

Thefts

A man reported at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday his granddaughter’s bicycle was stolen from a residence in the 600 block of Oak Avenue.

n An employee of Casey’s on Salem Road reported a drive-off of $50.02 shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Arrests

Michael L. Winters, 22, of the 100 block of North Seventh Street, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of failure to report a change of address.

n Christopher J. Baldridge, 41, Dix, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Tuesday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, operating an uninsured vehicle, and unlawful parking.

Incidents

Criminal damage was reported to a residence in the 21000 block of North Hails Lane, Texico. A report stated several tractor windows were broken out and four-wheelers had damaged corn fields.
