Arrests

Sally Jo Tate, 56, of the 800 block of South 24th Street, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Thursday on a charge of possession of meth precursor without a prescription.

n James B. Lockwood, 31, of the 15000 block of North County Farm Lane, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. Thursday on a charge of possession of meth manufacturing materials.

n Samuel L. Browning, 21, of the 2000 block of Perkins Avenue, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Thursday on charges of aggravated domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

Incidents

A woman reported at 3:27 p.m. Thursday fraudulent activity on a relative’s bank account.

n Staff at the United Methodist Children’s Home reported at 1:15 a.m. Friday an adult ward of DCFS was missing.

Theft

The manager of the Dollar General Store on 42nd Street reported at 4:18 p.m. Thursday an alleged shoplifter left the business northbound in a passenger car.

Arrests

n Amber R. Shehorn, 31, Texico, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Thursday on two theft warrants.

n Dylan Street, 23, Ozark, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. Thursday on a charge of theft between $500 and $10,000.

n George T. Phillips, 23, Benton, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Friday on charges of driving under the influence and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

n Michael P. Ellis, 37, of the 1300 block of South 26th Street, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. Friday on charges of violation of bail bond, obstruction of identification and driving while license suspended/revoked.

n Allyson K. Piper, 35, Bonnie, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. Friday on a charge of residential burglary.
