Caleb W. Nadolski, 23, of the 1700 block of South 15th Street, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of domestic battery.
n Justin R. Shelton, 30, of the 1500 block of Perkins Avenue, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of violating a bail bond.
n Justin B. Larcom, 24, of the 700 block of White Street, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
A female caller requested officers at 4:20 a.m. Wednesday in regards to a man being on her property in the 400 block of South 20th Street. The man was reportedly yelling that someone was shooting at him. The caller did not hear gunshots.
n A subject reported at 5:37 a.m. Wednesday damage at a business in the 300 block of Fairfield Road. The damage included a broken window and a kicked-in door.
n A man told police at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday one of his truck tires was slashed in the 1500 block of Pace Avenue.
n A woman reported to police at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday an attempted telephone scam. The woman resides in the 4200 block of Rose Lane.
n A woman told police at 5 p.m. Wednesday her garage in the 1200 block of Prairie Avenue was broken into and an unidentified item was stolen.
n A female employee at a business in the 100 block of Davidson Avenue reported to police at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday she had found a piece of drug paraphernalia in the trash in the men’s room. The item was turned over to police.
n Several residents in the 400 block of South 20th Street reported to police at 8:04 p.m. suspected drug activity in their neighborhood. The residents believe meth is being cooked at a house in the area and say there is a great deal of foot traffic there at night. Also, a man has been observed making drug deals with passing cars down their block. Extra police patrols were requested.
n A female caller told police at 11:24 p.m. Wednesday someone was being beaten in the 100 block of Hemlock Court.
n A man requested an officer at 11:49 p.m. Wednesday after his wife reportedly struck him several times in the 300 block of South 9th Street.
n A female employee of a business in the unit block of Doctors Park Road reported a possible prowler to police at 1:01 a.m. Thursday. A shirtless man was observed watching the business. Extra patrol was requested.
A female resident of the 1000 block of South 20th Street reported to police the theft of a credit card at 8:51 a.m. Wednesday.
n A male resident of the 400 block of South 42nd Street requested an officer at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday regarding a theft. No further information was provided in the police department logs.
n A woman told police at 11:21 a.m. Wednesday money that had been deposited into her account was missing and that she knows the person who stole it. The victim is a resident of the 1100 block of South 22nd Street.
n A woman reported to police at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday a man known to her stole her medication in the 1400 block of South 34th Street.
n A man told police at 2:10 a.m. Thursday his wallet, papers, and cell phone were stolen by a person known to him in the 800 block of South 23rd Street.
The fire department responded to a structure fire in the 1400 block of South 12th Street at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday. No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries at 12:44 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Illinois 15 and 7th Street. A collision occurred between vehicles driven by Jerri A. Webb, 43, of the 16000 block of East Campground, and Desirae Murdock, 34, of Woodlawn. Webb was taken to Crossroads Hospital for treatment and Murdock was transported to Good Samaritan. Webb was cited for failure to yield at a stop intersection.

Heather N. Barkau, 25, of the 1100 block of Gaskins Avenue, was arrested at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of violating a bail bond.
n Jordan T. Smith, 31, of Ashley, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on a Jackson County warrant for indirect civil contempt.
n Jacob B. Radake, 23, of Hoffman, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Thursday on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
A battery in the 17000 block of North Illinois Highway 37 was reported at 1:08 p.m. Thursday.
n A subject told police at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday a window was broken on a vehicle in Dix.
A trash can on North Lopez Lane was reported stolen at 10:13 a.m. Thursday.
Officers responded to a serious motorcycle accident in the 3300 block of East Richview Road at around 9:34 p.m. Wednesday. The man operating the motorcycle suffered a head injury and was transported to an area hospital. The accident report was not immediately available.
