Charges filed:

Jonathan C. Love, 39, of the 1300 block of Harlan Road, was formally charged April 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. The charges allege on April 10 the defendant had not more than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis in possession and had a one-hitter pipe with the intent to inhale cannabis.

n Ronald E. Cain, 57, of the 900 block of Perkins Avenue, was formally charged April 14 with criminal trespassing to state land. The charge alleges on April 10 the defendant entered Jefferson County Housing Authority property after being banned from the property by the Mt. Vernon Police Department.

n Kaitlyn Q. Starr, 23, of the 2000 block of Logan Street, was formally charged April 15 with criminal trespass to land. The charge alleges on April 4 the defendant remained on property in the 500 block of South 24th Street after being banned from the property by the Mt. Vernon Police Department.

n Darrell D. Hicks, 49, of the 1000 block of Warren Avenue, was formally charged April 17 with criminal damage to property. The charge alleges on July 12 the defendant damaged two down spouts at a residence in the 1400 block of Warren Avenue, causing damage in excess of $300, but not more than $10,000.

n Marvin G. Goosby, 47, of the 700 block of Main Street, was formally charged April 28 with disorderly conduct. The charge alleges on April 27 the defendant threatened physical harm to a man and also threatened to damage the victim’s car.

Dispositions:

Charissa N. Plumb, 25, Salem, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft less than $500. She was sentenced to 30 months of conditional discharge.

n Amanda M. Hout, 44, Calhoun, pleaded guilty April 24 to a charge of meth precursor without a prescription. She was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Michael P. Scroggins, 39, Cordova, Ala., pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of meth manufacturing less than 15 grams. He was sentenced to six years to the Illinois Department of Corrections. Charges of aggravated meth manufacturing and possession of meth manufacturing materials were dismissed.

n Craig S. Nelson, 39, of the 1700 block of Warren Avenue, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Deaaron B. Rudd, 22, of the 900 block of Cleveland, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of manufacture/delivery of cannabis between 10 and 30 grams. He was sentenced to 18 months to the Department of Corrections.

n Ashton T. Harper, of the 1000 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of aggravated battery. The defendant was sentenced to 30 months of probation.

n Jennifer D. Summerville, 45, of the 100 block of North Sixth Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of aggravated battery. She was sentenced to 30 months of probation.

n Tomika J. Rudd, 46, of the 900 block of Cleveland, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of battery. She was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n Derek B. Wilson, 22, O’Fallon, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of illegal possession of ammunition without a valid FOID card. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Andrew D. Schnitker, 34, Hoyleton, pleaded guilty April 24 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Elizabeth K. Thackery, 35, of the 2500 block of Herbert Street, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of domestic battery. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and ordered to make restitution to the victim. A second charge of battery and a charge of criminal damage to property were dismissed.

n Dennis D. Coomer, 28, of the 1100 block of South 25th Street, pleaded guilty April 24 to a charge of resisting/obstructing an officer. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and 100 hours of public service.

n Jamilynn E. Mason, 28, Sesser, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of retail theft. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Jasmine M. Gonzalez, 19, of the 900 block of Wescott, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Justin T. Maramba, 19, Murphysboro, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Chad M. Ireland, 27, Bonnie, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge. A charge of possession of cannabis between 10 and 30 grams was dismissed.

n Charles A. Gentles, 57, of the 17000 block of North Casey Pike Lane, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of aggravated assault of a peace officer. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Eddie E. McCandrew, 42, of the 2700 block of Logan Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.
