Princeton Turner, 28, of the 1100 block of South 22nd Street, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. Thursday on an unspecified city warrant.
n Breazia Washington, 22, of the 900 block of South 23rd Street, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. Friday on charges of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and violation of bail bond.
A three-vehicle accident at 1:41 p.m. Thursday sent two people to the hospital with injuries.
According to a report, Kenneth W. Gilliam, 66, Christopher, was pulling out of the west exit at Times Square Mall in front of a northbound vehicle driven by Jeffery D. Cox, 35, Mt. Vernon. Gilliam then struck a third vehicle, operated by Tarrah J. Phillips, 28, of Kell.
Cox and Phillips were both taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center. Four medical refusals were signed, the report stated.
Gilliam was ticketed on a charge of failure to yield from a private road or drive.
A woman told E.R. personnel at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center at 12:06 p.m. Thursday the person who gave her a ride home from the hospital the previous day stole medication.

n A caller requested an officer at 8:32 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Potomac Boulevard, stating someone broke out a window to her vehicle.
Darrell Bell, 28, of the 2000 block of Lamar Avenue, turned himself in to authorities at 6:23 p.m. Thursday on an unspecified Peoria County warrant.
