n Sarah E. Morgan, 21, of the 1500 block of Centralia Road, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Thursday on charges of driving without head lights and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police received multiple reports of cars being spray-painted in an area west from the 1900 block of Casey Avenue early Thursday morning. Police said the substance appeared to be in the form of a hand cream and could be washed off, logs state.
n A woman reported at 10:04 a.m. Thursday that someone broke out a window to her vehicle while parked in the 900 block of South Sixth Street.
n A fight broke out between two female juveniles in the 700 block of Conger Avenue at 6:18 p.m. Thursday. One of the subjects was reportedly stabbed and received treatment at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.
n A woman told police at 9:44 p.m. Thursday her vehicle was broken into a few nights ago while parked in the 2000 block of Herbert.
n A caller reported at 1:20 a.m. Friday a man hit a woman in the face with his fists in the 1000 block of Lamar. The suspect was located and taken into custody.
n A man reported at 2:12 a.m. Friday he was allegedly battered by a woman known to him in the 700 block of South 23rd Street.
n A woman told police at 3:12 a.m. Friday her husband had allegedly been battered by several subjects who live in the neighborhood of the 100 block of North Seventh Street.
Loss prevention employees of Kmart told authorities at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday they had two male juveniles in custody for alleged shoplifting.
n An employee of the Circle K on South 10th Street told police at 3 p.m. Wednesday several snacks were stolen from the store.
n A caller requested an officer in the 700 block of South 23rd Street at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday in reference to a bicycle being stolen at the residence.
n A woman reported at 1:24 a.m. Thursday someone stole her dog from the 800 block of North Sixth Street.
n Police were requested at the intersection of Welkins and Perkins at 1:44 a.m. Thursday in reference to a subject not paying for services rendered by a cab company.
n An employee of Walmart told police at 10 a.m. Thursday her purse was stolen sometime overnight while the employee was working.
n A woman told police at 12:20 p.m. Thursday she spent the night at a residence in the 500 block of Broadway and discovered money, a debit card and other items were stolen from her person.

Gage D. Fairfield, 22, of the 15000 block of East Reef Road, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of disorderly conduct.
n Marshall L. Garrison II, 28, Dix, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
A man reported at 2:27 a.m. Friday that two men were involved in an altercation in the 300 block of West Third Street in Bonnie. One subject received a single knife wound and was taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.
Two gravity wagons were stolen from a residence on North Hails Lane prior to 12:10 p.m. Friday.

n Todd D. Rasmussen, 20, Eldorado, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday on charges of domestic battery and driving while license suspended/revoked.
