Orlando E. Dotts Jr., 19, of the 2700 block of Jones, was arrested at 8 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license.
• Matthew R. Phillips, 21, of the 500 block of Broadway, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of violation of bail bond.
The owner of the former Davita Dialysis building at 1800 Jefferson Avenue told police Monday someone stole air conditioner compressors off the top of the building.
•A male caller told police at 6:53 p.m. Monday his son’s bicycle was taken from a residence in the 3400 block of Nature Trail Lane.
A man reported at 7:48 p.m. Monday someone damaged his vehicle while parked in the 400 block of Casey Avenue.
• A man requested an officer at 11:18 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of Main Street after he allegedly was battered by three subjects. The victim refused EMS.

A Mt. Vernon teen was arrested on multiple charges following an accident at 7:34 p.m. Monday in the 10000 block of North Spring Garden Lane.
First reports indicated the vehicle driven by Makenzie R. Cates, 18, of the 9000 block of North Forbes Lane, was on fire. It was later detemined there was no fire, just steam.
Cates and a passenger, 19-year-old Holly Lester of Mt. Vernon, were treated and released at Crossroads Community Hospital. Following her release, Cates was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, aggravated DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, ingestion of tolual/acetone, and possession of cannabis between 2.5 and 10 grams.
An employee of the service station in Dix, in the 700 block of West South Avenue, reported a drive-off of $21.19 at 5:25 p.m. Monday.
