Arrests

Jamie N. Martin, 24, of the 400 block of South 22nd Street, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. Saturday on a charge of aggravated battery.

n Haley R. Stocke, 20, Enfield, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Saturday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Lydia D. Stover, 20, Norris City, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.

n Steve R. Worley Jr., 42, of the 2300 block of Jones Street, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. Saturday on a charge of disorderly conduct.

n Owen W. Hemmer, 40, of the 300 block of South 44th Street, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Saturday on a charge of domestic battery.

n Earl C. Wolhitz Jr., 50, Centralia, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. Sunday on a charge of violation of bail bond.

n Richard P. Mollet, 42, of the 400 block of South 20th Street, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. Sunday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.

n Quentin Johnson, 27, Dahlgren, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Sunday on a warrant charging failure to appear.

Incidents

A man told police at 7:23 a.m. Friday he found a front door kicked in at a residence in the 500 block of South 22nd Street.

n A woman reported at 11:15 p.m. Friday a group of 8 to 10 subjects in a verbal dispute in the 2100 block of Cherry Street. A second caller told police a woman was allegedly battered by another woman during the incident.

n An employee of Good Samaritan Regional Health Center requested an officer at 3:52 a.m. Saturday in reference to the treatment of a female for an alleged battery occurring earlier on 12th Street.

n A woman requested an officer to make a burglary report at 3:13 p.m. Saturday for property located in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

n A homeowner told police at 4:15 a.m. Sunday a residence in the 1500 block of Cherry Street had been broken into.

n A woman told police at 3:55 p.m. Sunday her home on West Crownview had been shot with a B.B. gun.

n A man told police at 4:04 p.m. Sunday a residence in the 1300 block of Herbert Street had been broken into and a tool was stolen.

n A man reported at 2:18 a.m. Monday he was allegedly battered by a subject known to him in the 700 block of Harrison Street.

Thefts

A woman told police at 11:52 a.m. Friday her boyfriend took her car and 2-year-old daughter from a home on Cottonwood Drive. The car and infant were later returned.

n A man told police at 7:30 a.m. Saturday he came home to find his residence burglarized. Entry was gained through a window and several items were taken, according to police logs.

n An employee of Lifeboat Alliance told police at 9:56 a.m. Saturday one of their elderly residents had jewelry stolen from a vehicle while parked at a business in the 2700 block of Broadway.

n An employee of the 42nd Street location of Casey’s reported a drive-off about 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

Accidents

An employee of a motel in the 200 block of Potomac Boulevard requested an officer at 4:53 p.m. Saturday for a guest whose rental vehicle was damaged in the parking lot.

Arrests

Henry L. Tabor, 19, Marissa, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol.

n Eric L. Beal, 23, of the 500 block of North Seventh Street, was arrested at 6:22 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, resisting/obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, and aggravated battery of a peace officer.

Incidents

Authorities received a report at 5:32 p.m. Friday of a four-wheeler and dirt bike being stolen in the 20000 block of North Stratford Lane.

n A subject reported at 9:55 a.m. Saturday that several mailboxes were knocked down in the 19000 block of North Moonbeam Lane.

n A male subject said someone attempted to break into a relative’s home in the 15000 block of East Fairfield Road sometime prior to 4:04 p.m. Sunday; authorities received a second report at 10:05 p.m. of a vacant home in the same block being burglarized.
