n Shaylah R. Rector, 21, of the 900 block of Salem Road, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
n Kim N. Forest, 53, of the 500 block of South 18th Street, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. Thursday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of cocaine near a school or park.
A male subject told police at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday his wallet was stolen while shopping at a business in the 100 block of Davidson Avenue.
n Loss prevention personnel at Kroger reported at 1:50 p.m. Thursday a customer tried to use a Link card to pay for items and it was denied. The customer took the items and fled without paying.
n A woman told police at 1:52 p.m. Thursday she needed to make a theft report for an incident that happened Wednesday in the 100 block of Davidson Avenue.
n A woman reported at 3:30 p.m. Thursday that items were recently stolen from her residence in the 4300 block of Rose Lane and some of the items have shown up at a local pawn shop.
n A woman reported at 3:55 p.m. Thursday the theft of a ring from a previous residence in the 500 block of Broadway.
A woman told police at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday she returned to her residence in the 1600 block of South 12th Street to discover it had been burglarized.
n A woman reported at 7:11 p.m. Wednesday she had allegedly been battered by her boyfriend at a residence in the 500 block of South 24th Street. A male subject was taken into custody.

Sammy J. Morning, 40, Belleville, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. Thursday on a warrant charging failure to appear.
n Linda Bigley, 40, Ina, was arrested Friday on charges of unlawful participation in meth production, aggravated unlawful participation in meth production and unlawful possession of meth-making materials.
Police received a report at 3:11 p.m. of a burglary in the 5600 block of Illinois Highway 15. A jar of money and several rings were stolen, according to police logs.

Shawn M. Wilson, 18, Clear Water, Kans., was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Friday on an out of state warrant.
