Incidents

A man at a car dealership in the 1600 block of Broadway told police at 10:15 a.m. Thursday a customer’s vehicle had been damaged.

n A woman reported at 1:03 p.m. Thursday someone has tampered with locks at a residence in the 500 block of Conger Avenue.

Thefts

A woman told police at 7:40 a.m. Thursday she left her wallet at a business in the 900 block of South 42nd Street the previous day and it is missing.

n A resident in the 3200 block of Peach Street told police at 4:11 p.m. Thursday his son’s X-box had been stolen.

n A female subject reported to police at 4:52 p.m. Thursday her checking account had been compromised.

n Loss prevention officials at Kroger told police at 5:17 p.m. Thursday a male subject stole a bottle of fuel injection cleaner.

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office

Arrests

Nicholas P. Duncan, 19, of the 1000 block of Oakland Avenue, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. Thursday on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence causing the death of an individual.

n Johnny Webb, 41, of the 1300 block of Harlan Road, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Friday on warrants for failure to appear on domestic battery and driving while license suspended/revoked charges. He was also charged with resisting arrest and intimidation.
