Jacob D. West, 21, Nason, was formally charged Monday with home invasion, armed robbery and armed violence. Records state on March 17 the defendant entered a home in Nason armed with a firearm and threatened a male subject, took money from him, and then kicked, punched and choked him.

n Robert C. Taylor, 47, of the 1000 block of Maple Street, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful restraint in that he climbed on top of the hood of a car a female was driving and prevented her from driving on a public roadway.

n Jason W. Tanner, 39, Ashley, was formally charged Tuesday with driving while license suspended. Records state on April 13 the defendant was driving on a roadway while his license had been previously revoked.

n Bobby Powell, 21, of the 300 block of North Fourth Street, was formally charged Tuesday with two counts of telephone harassment. Charges state on Dec. 23 the defendant made threatening phone calls to a female.

n Patricia E. Webb, 21, of the 900 block of Welkins, was formally charged Tuesday with retail theft. Charges state on July 24 and 25 the defendant took two cartons of cigarettes from the Mt. Vernon General Store in the 1400 block of South 10th Street.

n Sharona R. Monroe, 26, of the 1200 block of South 24th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with criminal damage to property. Charges state on Feb. 23 the defendant damaged the front windshield of a male subject.

n John W. Lauramore, 59, Wayne City, was formally charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct. Charges state on Nov. 26 the defendant pushed various items off a desk and onto a floor in a manner to disturb a female subject.

n Tangala T. Griffin, 32, of the 700 block of South 17th Street, was formally charged Wednesday with criminal damage to property. Charges state on Dec. 8 the defendant entered the property of a male subject after such entry was forbidden.

n Jonathan D. Graham, 27, of the 700 block of South 22nd Street, was formally charged Wednesday with theft. Charges state the defendant took a $100 check without authority from a female subject.

n Walter R. Golliday, 46, of the 500 block of South 15th Street, was formally charged Wednesday with criminal trespass to a vehicle. Charges state on Nov. 19 the defendant operated a vehicle owned by Enterprise Leasing without authority.

n Jeffrey L. Garofolo, 31, of the 19000 block of North Hails Lane, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis sativa plants. Charges state the defendant had more than 500 grams of cannabis in his possession and he had more than 20, but less than 50 sativa plants in his possession.

n Jeremy D. Severs, 28, Centralia, was formally charged Thursday with retail theft. Charges state on March 2 the defendant took a pair of tweezers and three bottles of an Axe product from Kmart, having a total value of less than $300.

Dispositions

Gerrodo D. Forest, 17, of the 400 block of South 15th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of aggravated battery. He was placed on 30 months’ probation, ordered to spend six weeks in jail and to pay court fines.

n Jamie L. Hughey, 35, of the 12000 block of Liebengood Drive, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of aggravated battery. He was sentenced to six months’ to the Illinois Department of Corrections. He was also placed on 30 months’ conditional discharge and ordered to pay court fines and costs.

n Donna M. Krugler, 45, of the 2600 block of South 26th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft less than $300. She was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay court fines.

n Justin B. Leneave, 30, of the 800 block of South 18th Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of theft by deception. He was sentenced to 24 months’ conditional discharge, ordered to make restitution and to pay court fines and costs.

n William A. Rainey, 47, Bonnie, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of possession of cannabis between 2.5 and 10 grams. He was placed on supervision for one year and ordered to pay court fines.

n Keith W. Royer, 22, Centralia, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft with a previous conviction. He was sentenced to one year to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

n William C. Spears, 26, of the 800 block of North Fourth Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of meth precursor less than 15 grams. He was sentenced to four months’ to the Illinois Department of Corrections and ordered to pay court costs.

n Blake A. Storment, 24, Belle Rive, pleaded guilty Thursday to an amended charge of burglary. He was sentenced to 48 months’ of probation, six months in jail, and to pay court fines.

n Lawrence G. Baker Jr., 44, of the 700 block of South 21st Street, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge and ordered to pay court fines.

n Chad S. Dudley, 31, of the 17000 block of North Hails Lane, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge and to pay court fines.

n Arthur L. Highfill, 21, of the 1500 block of Shawnee Avenue, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge, ordered to perform 20 hours of public service and to pay court costs.

n Lucas K. Lehman, 19, of the 1000 block of Wilshire Drive, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n David C. Mack, 26, of the 1100 block of Maple Avenue, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge and to pay court fines.

n Bethany L. Nollman, 27, Centralia, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge and to pay court fines.

n Danny D. Pigg, 30, of the 300 block of South Second Street, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge and to pay court fines.

n Broche L. Taylor, 36, Kankakee, pleaded guilty April 11 to charges of endangering the life of a child and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge to run concurrently and was given credit for five days served.

n Travis T. Taylor, 26, of the 900 block of South 25th Street, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge and to pay court fines.

n Andrew W. Woll, 20, Beach Drive, pleaded guilty April 11 to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge and to pay court fines.
