Jeffrey D. Frazier, 46, Wayne City, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Saturday on a charge of violation of an order of protection.

n Stewart E. Phyfiher, 29, of the 900 block of Salem Road, was arrested at 4:24 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

n Jamie L. Serles, 37, McLeansboro, was arrested at 4:25 a.m. Saturday on a charge of domestic battery.

n Daniel L. Drew, 44, Reed Springs, Mo., was arrested at 12:13 p.m. Saturday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.

n Donovan R. Garrison, 25, of the 600 block of South 20th Street, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. Saturday on a charge of criminal damage to land.

n Desiree R. Huston, 25, of the 16000 block of Millikin Lane, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. Sunday on a charge of battery.

n Brian J. Bernard, 33, of the 800 block of Harrison Street, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. Sunday on charges of domestic battery and interference with a report of domestic violence.


A male caller told police at 2:47 p.m. Friday a friend tried to cut himself with a knife. The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.

n A female requested an officer at 4:34 p.m. Friday in reference to an incident in which a repossession agent allegedly battered the woman.

n Security personnel at National Railway reported at 1:57 a.m. Saturday hearing approximately 10 gunshots in the area of Welkins and Perkins Avenue. A second caller also reported hearing shots fired.

n A female caller told police at 11:17 a.m. Saturday someone busted out a back window to a van belonging to another family member.

n A dispatcher from American Cab Co. requested an officer at 2:06 a.m. Sunday in reference to two females fighting in a cab.

n A male caller reported at 10:34 a.m. Sunday he discovered damage to a residence in the process of being remodeled in the 200 block of Walnut Street.

n A female caller told police at 9:44 p.m. Sunday someone attempted to break in to her residence in the 1000 block of Lamar Avenue.


An employee of a business on South 10th Street reported the theft of services at 9:25 a.m. Friday.

n A male reports coming home at 5:40 p.m. Friday to find a back door open and an alarm sounding in the 100 block of Hemlock Court.

n A caller requested an officer for a theft report in the 2800 block of College Street at 8:20 p.m. Friday.

n A woman on Hillside Drive told police at 3:27 p.m. Saturday her grandson’s new bike had been stolen.

n A woman told police at 11:08 a.m. Sunday a mini greenhouse was stolen from a porch.

n A woman told police at 7:54 p.m. Sunday a family member’s residence in the 700 block of Lamar Avenue had been burglarized. A game system and television were listed as stolen items.

Gregory L. Smith, 37, of the 1300 block of North 13th Street, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. Saturday on charges of domestic battery and violation of an order of protection.

n Tad A. Larson, 25, of the 15000 block of North Old Centralia Lane, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Sunday on charges of domestic battery and unlawful vehicle invasion.


A female reported at 12:42 a.m. Saturday a male bouncer of the Foxxxy Lady placed his hands on her and threw her purse outdoors.

n A caller reported hearing 10 gunshots in the 15000 block of East McCauley Road at 12:47 a.m. Sunday.


A trailer was reported stolen overnight Friday from a residence in the 400 block of Meadowbrook Road. The theft was discovered at 8:52 a.m. Saturday.
