Charges filed:

Adam J. Barker, 23, of the 12000 block of Liebengood, was formally charged Jan. 2 with domestic battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. The charges allege on Dec. 31 he wrestled a male family member to the ground; he yelled at the victim as to alarm and disturb and victim and a woman; and he shattered a sliding glass door at the home of the victim.

n Tony L. Feggins, 20, of the 2200 block of Casey Avenue, was formally charged Jan. 10 with residential burglary, theft over, and resisting a peace officer. The charges allege on Dec. 28 the defendant entered a woman’s house in the 2300 block of Herbert with the intent to commit a theft; he also took a television and an X-box from the victim’s home; and he exited a vehicle following a traffic stop initiated by a police officer.

n David M. Graves, 20, of the 900 block of South 23rd Street, was formally charged on Monday with driving under the influence, aggravated driving under the influence and unlawful possession of cannabis. The charges allege on Sunday the defendant drove a vehicle on 42nd Street while under the influence, and the aggravation charge alleges the defendant’s license had previously been revoked. He also had in his possession more than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

n Jessica L. Vaughn, 25, of the 900 block of Welkins, was formally charged Monday with retail theft. The charge alleges on Jan. 11 the defendant took a package of razors and a bottle of liquid soap from the Family Dollar store on South 10th Street.

n Justin D. Staley, 25, of the 1400 block of South 34th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The charges allege on Tuesday the defendant had less than 15 grams of substances containing hydrocodone and lorazepam in his possession.

n Darleedria L. Flippen, 21, of the 1400 block of White Street, was formally charged Tuesday with aggravated driving under the influence and driving while license suspended. The charges allege the defendant on Sunday drove a vehicle on Salem Road while his license was revoked/suspended.

Dispositions:

Donald G. McCune, 44, Waltonville, pleaded guilty Monday to a third offense of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to four years of probation and 10 days in jail.

n Pierce L. Ladd, 30, of the 2400 block of Nature Trail, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a charge of aggravated domestic battery. He was sentenced to two years conditional discharge and 60 days in jail.

n Gregory M. James, 55, of the 800 block of South 22nd Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of aggravated battery. He was sentenced to three years to the Illinois Department of Corrections. A charge of resisting police was dismissed.

n Relisa B. Nelson, 32, of the 700 block of Lamar Avenue, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges of battery and obstructing identification. The defendant was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge to serve concurrently on both charges.

Dispositions:

n David R. Bradford, 61, of the 1300 block of South 26th Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of burglary. He was sentenced to four years of probation and 180 days in jail.

n Cotrell F. Richardson, 53, of the 600 block of South 18th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 48 months of probation.

n Angel M. Jackson, 20, of the 900 block of Cleveland, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of criminal damage to government property. She was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to make restitution.

n Mandi S. Farrar, 28, of the 4100 block of Willow Springs, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n Andrew J. Lenington, 21, Ewing, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of liquor by a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge to run concurrently on both charges.

n Beth A. Head, 49, of the 21000 block of North Mayflower Lane, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to an amended charge of battery. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Larry L. Hardig, 26, of the 20000 block of North Miller Lake Lane, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to an amended charge of battery. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Tad A. Larson, 25, of the 15000 block of North Old Centralia Lane, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.

n James E. Fuller, 47, of the 200 block of Cottonwood Drive, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of resisting a peace officer. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and given credit for two days served.

n Cole T. Lee, 19, Johnston City, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge. A charge of consumption of liquor by a minor was dismissed.

n Tonya L. Hill, 38, of the 400 block of South 17th Street, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and was given credit for 21 days served.

n Ricky D. Heck, 33, of the 500 block of Fairfield Road, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Thomas K. Osborne, 32, of the 2400 block of Herbert Street, pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Brandy S. Shaw, 28, Wayne City, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Aime C. Shinstock, 27, Mount Olive, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.
