Kyle Badgett, 22, of the 700 block of South 10th Street, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. Monday on charges of disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing waste, meth manufacturing, possession of meth manufacturing material, possession of meth, parole violation and possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles.
n Kimberly Carlton, 25, of the 600 block of South 23rd Street, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. Monday on charges of disposal of meth manufacturing waste, meth manufacturing, possession of meth, possession of meth manufacturing material, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles.
n Kristopher Russell, 33, of the 400 block of Harrison Street, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
n Anthony Eovaldi, 33, of the unit block of North Highland Place, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of violation of bail bond.
n Rolland McClain, 44, of the 1000 block of Lamar Avenue, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving on a revoked license.
A woman told police at 8:31 a.m. Monday her wallet was stolen in the 100 block of South 45th Street.
Multiple callers reported to police at 8:22 p.m. Monday a garage was on fire at the intersection of South 28th Street and Veterans Memorial Drive. The fire was brought under control and no injuries were reported in the police logs.

Kristin Carlton, 27, of the 1200 block of South 25th Street, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of bail bond.
A caller told police at 5:41 p.m. Sunday he returned to the Archway Campground on Illinois 15 and discovered a bicycle was stolen and someone had went through a truck.
n A report was made to police at 11:21 a.m. Monday someone had stolen electric wires from the motors on some grain bins at the intersection of Bonnie Road and Spruce Lane in Waltonville.
n Police were informed at 2:16 p.m. Monday someone wrote a bad check at a gas station in the 12500 block of North Woodlawn Lane in Woodlawn.
Jefferson Fire Protection District responded to a field fire at 3:15 p.m. Sunday in the 11000 block of North Seven Mile Lane. The blaze was under control at 4:20 p.m.
n Webber Fire Protection District responded to a grass fire at 3:27 p.m. Sunday in the 18000 block of East Hawk Road. Firefighters cleared the scene just before 4 p.m.

Denzal Haynes, 20, of the 1600 block of North Illinois 37, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. Sunday on a charge of violation of bail bond.

Bobbie Staley, 20, of Texico, was arrested at 5:26 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving under the influence and aggravated battery of a police officer.
