Leshontra D. Johnson, 24, Mt. Vernon, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on reckless driving.

n Dusty D. Daniels, 23, Mt. Vernon, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Sunday on a charge of criminal trespass to land.Incidents

A woman told police at 9:10 p.m. Friday she witnessed three male subjects breaking several car windows in the 700 block of Oakland Avenue. Two juveniles were taken into custody by police, logs state.

n A man requested emergency personnel at 1:08 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of South 12th Street for a man with a gash under his eye as a result of an alleged battery.

n A man reported at 1:30 p.m. Saturday his residence in the 1100 block of Oakland Avenue had been burglarized.

n A woman reported at 7:30 p.m. Saturday her juvenile daughter was the victim of a sexual assault occurring in Branson, Mo. The woman was referred to the sheriff's department.

n Multiple callers reported hearing gunshots in the area of 11th Street and Prairie Avenue just after 11 p.m. Saturday, and a group of people involved in a fight. The subjects were uncooperative and dispersed by police.

n A woman reported at 12:02 a.m. Sunday a dozen subjects battering a man after pulling him from a car. The woman also reported several fights breaking out in the area. Two people were allegedly battered and taken to separate hospitals, reports state.Thefts

A woman told police at 7:48 a.m. Friday her coin purse had been stole the previous evening while she was at a local hospital.

n The manager of Denny's told police at 4:21 a.m. Saturday two male subjects left the restaurant without paying for meals.

n An employee of Casey's on 42nd Street reported at 1:18 p.m. Saturday a motorist drove off without paying for $52 in fuel.

n A woman reported at 5:06 p.m. Saturday the theft of several items from a residence in the 500 block of North Fifth Street.Accidents

A woman stated her vehicle was struck sometime Thursday while parked in the Kroger parking lot.Jefferson County Sheriff's OfficeIncidentsA subject reported at 11:55 p.m. Friday that shots were fire from a truck in the 3500 block of East Emerson City Road in Scheller.

n Emergency room personnel at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center told police at 1:05 a.m. Sunday they were treating a man who was the victim of an alleged battery in the Boyd area.
