Arrests

Benjamin Stuckey, 23, of the 1500 block of South 14th Street, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Friday on a charge of violation of sex offender registration.

n Jonathan Hampton, 34, of Ashley, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. Friday on charges of driving on a suspended license, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Jeffery Ennis, 45, of Cambria, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. Friday on a charge of parole violation.

n Melodie Johnson, 36, of the 1300 block of Harrison Street, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. Friday on a charge of violation of bail bond.

n Zachary Zimmerman, 18, of the 700 block of South 23rd Street, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. Friday on a charge of burglary.

n Orlando Dotts, 19, of the 2700 block of Jones Street, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. Friday on a charge of burglary.

n Damondrae James, 19, of the 1600 block of South 12th Street, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. Saturday on a charge of manufacturing/delivery of cannabis.

n Sean Williams, 46, of the 500 block of South 21st Street, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. Saturday on a charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

n Cherry Hauge, 36, of Tamaroa, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. Sunday on a charge of driving during suspension.

n Jesse Marks, 20, of the 800 block of East Airport Road, was arrested at 4:06 a.m. Monday on a charge of possession of cannabis.

Incidents

A woman told police at 5:11 p.m. Friday someone busted a light on her jeep in the 100 block of North Sixth Street.

n Gunshots were heard at 8:53 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of Logan Street. No injuries were reported.

n A woman reported to police at 3:43 a.m. Saturday someone had touched her daughter inappropriately. The incident occurred in the 500 block of South 20th Street.

n A woman told police at 2:28 p.m. Sunday she was battered while walking on Forest Avenue. The victim refused medical treatment.

n A man reported to authorities at 2:55 p.m. Sunday he was battered by a family member while at his residence in the 400 block of South 19th Street.

n A female caller told police at 4:57 p.m. Sunday someone threw a brick through her basement window and tried to take the screen out of her bedroom window. The incident occurred in the 1500 block of Pace Avenue.

n A report was made to police at 6:50 p.m. Sunday of a child being sexually assaulted in the 2900 block of Brownsville Road.

Theft

A female employee told police at 3:05 p.m. Saturday two generators were stolen from a business in the 4800 block of Broadway.

Accident

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with an injury at 7:39 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 12th Street and Conger Avenue. One of the occupants received a knee injury and was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center. The accident report was not available and police did not release the names of any of the occupants.

Arrests

Zachary Perry, 21, of the 1200 block of South 24th Street, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Friday on a charge of violation of bail bond.

n Brandon Couch, 24, of Alboin, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Friday on a charge of violation of an order of protection.

n Bradley Williams, 63, of the 12400 block of East Bunny Farm Road, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Saturday on a charge of domestic battery/physical contact.

n Tony Rainey, 25, of the 2700 block of Jones Street, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. Saturday on a charge of violation of bail bond.

n Justin Simmons, 25, of Dix, was arrested at 8:18 a.m. Sunday on charges of DUI.

n Kristy Marshall, 35, of Lincoln, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. Sunday on a charge of retail theft.

Incident

A woman told police at 5:31 a.m. Saturday there had been a domestic violence incident between her and a man known to her in the 5700 block of Richview Road in Woodlawn. She also said the man in question had been drinking and there were weapons in the house. However, officers found no signs of any battery having occurred at the location in question.
