Markeize Z. Haynes, 21, of the 1900 block of Conger Avenue, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of bail bond.
n Cassandra M. Allain, 22, of the 900 block of Cleveland Street, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Monday on charges of criminal damage to property and obstructing an officer.
n Eric A. Oliver, 34, Sidney, Ohio, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Monday on charges of meth manufacturing more than 15 grams and possession of meth manufacturing materials.
n Robby G. Kluck Jr., 27, of the 16000 block of Illinois 37 North, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of bail bond.
A woman told police at 10:23 a.m. Monday her car title was taken from her residence in the 2300 block of Lamar Avenue.
n An employee of a truck stop in the 4500 block of Broadway told police a woman reported the theft of a wallet.
n An employee of the Second Street Huck’s store reported a drive-off of $45.51 at 12:32 p.m. Monday.

A subject reported at 11:30 a.m. Monday the theft of a battery from a piece of equipment on East Saddle Club Road.
Illinois State Police
A southbound semi driver went off Interstate 57, south of mile marker 88, shortly after 4 a.m. Tuesday.
According to police logs, the semi was in the median, near an underpass. The nose of the semi reportedly was down in a creek between two bridges.
Mt. Vernon Fire Department and Jefferson Fire Protection District responded to the scene and provided extracation equipment.
Litton’s transported at least one person to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.
Names of those involved in the accident were not provided by ISP.
