n Zachary L. Youngblood, 19, of the 9100 block of North Cherryville Lane, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday on two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle. Youngblood was arrested after a witness reported Youngblood was rifling through vehicles in the 1700 block of Main Street.
n Jerry A. England, 36, of the 300 block of South Fourth Street, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Tuesday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated driving under the influence while license suspended/revoked.
n Police received burglary reports at 6:55 a.m. in the 400 block of Opdyke Avenue, at 9:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of South 12th Street, and at 11:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Conger Avenue.
n An employee of Heritage Woods, 1000 block of South 42nd Street, told police at 10:33 a.m. Monday a resident’s medical patches were missing from their apartment.
n Loss prevention personnel from Kmart reported at 11:34 a.m. Monday a man was in custody for alleged shoplifting.
n A woman told police at 5:32 p.m. Monday her keys were allegedly stolen while she was shopping at a grocery store on South 10th Street.
n Fire personnel responded to a fire at 11:21 p.m. Monday at Lay’s Mining in the 1100 block of South 10th Street. According to reports, a propane tank caught on fire. It was extinguished within six minutes of the call. An employee was burned, but refused medical attention.
n Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at South 10th Street and Veterans Memorial Drive at 10:43 a.m. Monday. One person was taken to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center, according to police logs.

n Police responded to a vehicle rollover at 7:05 p.m. Monday in the 16000 block of North Illinois Highway 37. According to logs, one person was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.
n Police received a report at 9:20 a.m. Monday of a theft occurring in the 19000 block of North Illinois Highway 37. A subject told police money and medications were missing from a residence.
n A subject reported at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday a residence in the 18000 block of East Fairfield Road had been burglarized.
