Girl Scouts Troop 643 is joining together with the Boy Scouts of America to the annual Scouting for Food Drive. Girl Scouts include, from left, Jacey House, Cami Hammock, Brenna Collins, Karlee Skelton and Lexi Scrivner; and back row, Kristen Otey. Scouts hung tags on the doors of homes on Nov. 15 that included instructions on how to leave filled bags of non-perishable food items in a visible place on the front porch at 9 a.m. on Saturday, and all scouts will collect the food and deliver it to area food pantries. Other Girl Scouts participating include Breonna Marlow, Gina Chobanian, Samantha Scrivner and Hannah McConnaughay.
