Anthony R. Angleton, 50, of Elmwood Park pleaded guilty to knowingly making a false statement to police and was sentenced to 17 months’ conditional discharge and fined.
Joshua C. Baum, 23, of the 17100 block of East Donasue Lane, Opdyke, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery and was sentenced to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and ordered to pay court costs. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.
Tridell Brunson, 31, of South 12th Street had a charge of theft dismissed.
Bruce W. Campbell, 36, of the 2700 block of Jones Street pleaded guilty to domestic battery with prior convictions and was sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections and ordered to pay court costs. A charge of domestic battery was also dismissed.
Troy E. Downs Jr., 46, of the 1700 block of Cherry Street pleaded guilty to aggravated domestic battery and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs.
LaDonna K. French, 40, of the 900 block of South 25th Street pleaded guilty to identity theft and was sentenced to two years’ probation, fined and ordered to perform public service.
Dennis R. Hamson, 66, of 13th Street, Belle Rive, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed.
Cuma L. Johnson, 43, of the 1400 block of North 10th Street had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed.
Curshell McCoy, 20, of the 600 block of Kensington Avenue pleaded guilty to theft and using the credit card of another person and was sentenced to 30 months’ probation, fined and ordered to complete public service. Charges of residential burglary and a second count of using the credit card of another were dismissed.
Lamont Mitchell, 46, of Centralia pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to a residence and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, ordered to pay court costs and given credit for time served in jail.
Kipp Shelton, 42, of Creston, Iowa, pleaded guilty to theft, writing a bad check and home repair fraud and was sentenced to two years’ probation and fined. Charges of criminal trespass to land, domestic battery and two counts of violating an order of protection were dismissed.
Kevin Smith, 45, of the 800 block of South 20th Street pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year in the Illinois Department of Corrections and ordered to pay court costs. A second charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.
James H. Taylor, 46, of the 1400 block of Salem Road pleaded guilty to retail theft and aggravated battery and was sentenced to four years in the DOC and ordered to pay court costs. A charge of aggravated battery with a weapon was dismissed.
Christopher L. Welch, 21, of the 1200 block of North 10th Street pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting the unlawful display of a title or license plate and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and fined.
Jeremy Willcox, 23, of Anderton had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed.
David D. Agee, 59, of the 7500 block of North Illinois Highway 148 had a charge of domestic battery dropped.
Joshua P. Ellis, 22, of the 2900 block of Brownsville Road pleaded guilty to resisting a peace officer and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, fined and ordered to complete public service.
Shane A. Fassett, 31, of the 9000 block of East Illinois Highway 148 had a charge of dumping garbage, trash or refuse dismissed.
April N. Graves, 27, of the 1200 block of South 24th Street pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and was sentenced to one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
Claude E. Kirkwood, 48, of the 1600 block of South 12th Street pleaded guilty to unlawful manufacture/delivery of cannabis and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs.
Perice Ladd, 25, of the 3400 block of Nature Trail pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and fined.
Christopher C. McCall, 22, of the 2200 block of Logan Avenue pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year of court supervision and fined.
Jeremiah M. McGovern, 18, of the 4300 block of Sassafras Lane pleaded guilty to unlawful consumption of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs and perform public service.
Keri M. McKinney, 31, of the 800 block of South 12th Street had a charge of battery dropped.
Matthew T. McMillan, 41, of the 19300 block of East Sixth Street, Opdyke, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs.
Joseph A. Reed, 31, of the 700 block of West Fifth Street, Bluford, pleaded guilty to interference with a report of domestic violence and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and fined. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.
Matthew T. Schisler, 42, of St. Louis had a charge of domestic battery dropped.
Larry P. Smith, 37, of the 18600 block of East Lynchburg Road, Opdyke, had a charge of domestic battery dropped.
Michael D. Stokes, 35, of the 900 block of Welkins Street pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to state-supported land and was sentenced to one year of court supervision and fined.
Jesse L. Stumbaugh, 18, of the 1900 block of South Eighth Street pleaded guilty to consumption of alcohol by a minor and criminal trespass to a building. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge, ordered to pay court costs and complete public service, and fined. A charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor and a charge of possession of cannabis were dismissed.
Roland F. Akin, 54, of the 17100 block of East Donasue, Opdyke, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of court supervision, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment.
Jaime L. Fairchild, 30, of the 1500 block of Harrison Street pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to 18 months’ court supervision, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment and perform public service. A second charge of DUI was dismissed.
Michael A. Garrison, 36, of the 14600 block of Maysville Road pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of court supervision, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment. A second charge of DUI was dismissed.
Sarah B. Manis, 22, of the 1800 block of Stanley had two charges of driving under the influence of alcohol dropped.
Meagon G. Kennedy, 27, of the 3200 block of Jamison Boulevard pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment.
Terry L. McAlexander, 51, of the 14900 block of North Old Centralia Lane pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of court supervision, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment.
Dalton L. Smith, 48, of the 600 block of South 12th Street pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of court supervision, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment.
Kimberly D. Smith, 39, of the 6200 block of Cherryville Lane, Waltonville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of court supervision, fined and ordered to complete public service.
Mary Ann Smothers, 41, of Marion pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, fined and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment. A charge of DUI was dismissed.
Danielle J. Wheeler, 31, of the 18200 block of North Dirt Riders Lane pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to one year of court supervision, fined and ordered to complete alcohol treatment.
