Mt. Vernon Police
Adam D. Knappier, 24, of the 1100 block of South 23rd Street, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Monday on an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $10,000 and Knappier was released.
Jenisha M. Jennings, 18, of the 500 block of South 17th Street, was arrested at :16 p.m. Monday on a charge of retail theft under $150. Bond was set at $2,000 and Jennings was released.
Molly M. Forrest, 17, of the 2800 block of College Street, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. Monday on a charge of retail theft under $150. Bond was set at $1,000 and Forrest was released.
Joshua R. Thomas, 23, of the 1000 block of North 10th Street was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Monday on a charge of contempt of court. Bond for Thomas was set at $10,000.
Preston D. Lingo, 23, of Cottonwood Drive, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. Monday on a charge of contempt of court. Lingo was released.
Devario M. Gale, 25, of the 900 block of South Sixth Street, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday on charges of domestic battery and resisting/obstructing an officer.
Ina Police
Joshua R. Hurst, 19, of Webster Hills Estates, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Tuesday on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond was set at $4,000 and Hurst was released.
Jefferson County Sheriff's Office
Jonathan A. Stuckey, 29, of the 700 block of South 15th Street, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. Sunday on a charge of contempt of court. Bond was set at $1,500 and Stuckey was released.
Madlon S. Ladd, 28, of the 1200 block of South 24th Street, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of contempt of court.
Incidents
Someone reported a black cow in the roadway off Illinois State Route 15 near Bluford at 9:13 a.m. Monday.
A cow was reported out near East Green Road Monday at 9:29 a.m.
Thefts
A resident of the 11000 block of East Hutchinson Road reported at 11:19 a.m. Monday his shop was broken into over the weekend.
A resident of the 500 block of Pine Street, Waltonville, reported at 3:26 p.m. Monday someone had got into her car and husband's truck and stole jewelry, money and CDs.
