Incidents
Thursday at 11:50 a.m., police responded to a report of hunting without landowner’s permission in the 18000 block of North Clear Lane. According to reports, a resident found a bag filled with a deer hide and entrails in the area.
Wednesday at 10:03 p.m., police responded to a report of animals at large on North Geneva Lane in Bluford. According to reports, seven horses and a donkey were reported to be running in the roadway.
Accidents
Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident Friday at 3:14 p.m. in the 16000 block of North Woodlawn Lane. A car driven by James M. Buehler, 46, of Centralia, was facing southbound and pulling into traffic when it struck a car currently driving southbound, according to police reports. The right front fender of the vehicle driven by Darrel L. Blakey, 58, of Woodlawn, was struck by the left front fender of Buehler’s vehicle, according to the reports. No injuries were reported.

Arrests
Jeremy R. McCormick, 31, of Benton, was arrested Thursday at 2:21 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000.
Jordan M. Wood, 19, of the 18000 block of North Tolle Lane, was arrested Thursday at 1:02 a.m. on charges of resisting/obstructing an officer and possession of cannabis. Bond was set at $1,000.
Melanie E. Burke, 24, of the 1700 block of Grove Street, was arrested Wednesday at 3:46 p.m. on charges of contempt of court, possession of drug paraphernalia and an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $22,000.
Stephen P. Nowak, of the 100 block of Beverly Heights, was arrested Wednesday at 8:13 p.m. on an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $3,000 and Nowak was released.
