Arrests
Clark R. Crable, 47, of the 4200 block of Fox Creek Road, was arrested Friday at 2:12 a.m. on a charge of obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $1,000.
Charles K. Jones, 25, of the 2400 block of Conger Avenue, was arrested Friday at 1:52 a.m. on two in-state warrants. Bond was set at $6,500.
Brandon E. Page, 29, of the 1300 block of George Street, was arrested Friday at 1:36 a.m. on charges of burglary of a residence, criminal trespassing to a residence/person present and unlawful restraint.
Timothy J. Skidmore, of the 3100 block of Blackberry Street, was arrested Friday at 12:46 a.m. on charge of possession of cannabis and criminal damage to property.
Randall H. Banes, 26, of the 700 block of Harrison Street, was arrested Friday at 12:28 a.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property.
Lee V. Davis, 29, of the 1500 block of South 12th Street, was arrested Thursday at 9:11 p.m. on charges of contempt of court, resisting a peace officer and an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $16,000.
Nathan L. Knapp, 21, of Centralia, was arrested Thursday at 10:51 p.m. on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $1,000 and Knapp was released.
Shelia A. Jones, 44, of the 1700 block of Briarwood, was arrested Thursday at 10:22 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000 and Jones was released.

Wednesday at 5:19 p.m., police responded to a report of a theft of a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Harrison Street.

Police responded to a report of a theft Friday at 10:15 a.m. in the 14000 block of North Two Mile Creek Lane.
Police responded to a theft of a motor vehicle Friday at 10:20 a.m. in the 11000 block of East Normandy Road.
Police responded to a report of a theft Friday at 1:39 p.m. in the 12000 block of East Oakton Road.
Incidents
Friday at 9:16 a.m., police responded to a report of a traffic hazard on East Illinois Highway 15. There was water flooding the roadway, according to reports.
Friday at 9:57 a.m., police responded to a report of criminal damage of property in the 21000 block of North Tolle Lane in Texico. According to reports, a resident said a fence has been damaged repeatedly and pets have been killed.

Friday at 8:07 a.m., police responded to a report of a one-car accident on Tolle Lane near Miller Lake. No injuries were reported.
Friday at 8:08 a.m., police responded to a report of a two-car accident on Tolle Lane near Salem Church. Injuries were reported.
