Arrests

Ortilio J. Morales, 26, of Belle Rive, was arrested Tuesday at 4:05 a.m. on a charge of contempt of court.

Shyla M. Heck, of the 800 block of South 22nd Street, was arrested Tuesday at 12:22 a.m. on an in-state warrant. Heck was released.

Thefts

Tuesday at 11:06 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft at Hucks, 201 Main Street. According to reports, someone’s wallet was stolen.

Incidents

Tuesday at 5:33 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary at Maximum Tan.

Monday at 8:09 p.m., police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1000 block of South 21st Street.

Incidents

Sunday at 5:47 p.m., police responded to a report of eight steers running in the road in the 1600 block of North Campground Lane.

Saturday at 11:15 p.m., police responded to reports of gunshots fired on East Idlewood Road near King City Saddle Club.



Illinois State Police

Arrests

Matthew T. Sweeten, 31, of the 500 block of North Eighth Street, was arrested Sunday at 1:11 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 and Sweeten was released.
