Saluki administrators speak to Rotary West

Chet Savage, Associate Athletic Director, and Casey Hale, SASF Director from Southern Illinois University were recent guest speakers for the Rotary West civic club. They reported there are 18 scholastically funded sports programs at SIU and talked about their on the field successes including several championships and the accomplishments of the student athletes maintaining a 3.06 grade point average off the field. They also reported on new the athletic facilities that are going to be constructed. Rotarian Joe Wilks introduced the Salukis.
