The Lincolnland District Fall Convention was held at Ty's Buffet in Olney on Saturday, Nov. 15. Bluford Ruritan Club received the following community service awards: Silver in Social Development, Bronze in Public Service, Environment, Citizenship and Patriotism, and in Business and Professions. Lloyd Winkleman of Bluford accepted the awards. Lloyd also received a certificate for serving as Zone Governor.
