Pierce, 37, of the 800 block of South 21st Street, was formally charged Monday with resisting a peace officer, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges allege on Sunday the defendant possessed more than 2.5 grams of cannabis, a metal pipe with the intent to inhale cannabis, and refused commands by a police officer.n Brian S. Barva, 39, Bonnie, was formally charged Monday with domestic battery. Records state on Sunday the defendant pushed a female family member.n Gordon E. Clemmons, 20, of the 15000 block of North Angleton Lane, pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of fleeing/attempting to elude an officer and resisting a peace officer. He was sentenced to 24 months' conditional discharge, given credit for 48 days served and ordered to pay court costs and fines.n Kevin Henry, 43, of the 200 block of Halia Crest, pleaded guilty Wednesday to an amended charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 24 months' conditional discharge and to pay court fines.n Devone E. Leslie, 33, Bettendorf, Iowa, pleaded guilty Thursday to an amended charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 24 months' conditional discharge and to pay court fines.n Jamie C. Stanley Jr., 23, St. Louis, pleaded guilty Monday to charges of unlawful restraint, knowingly damaging property between $300 and $10,000, and communicate/detain witness. He was sentenced to 24 months' conditional discharge to serve concurrently on all charges, to make restitution, and to pay court costs. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.n Charles W.
