Parade lineup announced

---- — MT. VERNON — The parade lineup for the Fall Fest Parade, Superheroes Get Creative, has been announced.

“It will be a little different this year than in previous years,” said Bonnie Jerdon of Mt. Vernon Festivals, Inc. “We will be using Main and Broadway predominantly for the lineup.”

Each street used for the lineup has been divided into thirds.

Parade lineup begins at noon, with the parade getting underway at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Jerdon said although the lineup has been released, those who have not submitted their entry may still do so.

“We will fit everyone in,” Jerdon said. “We just need those entries as soon as possible.”

More than 110 entries were received by noon on Monday.
