Charges filed:

Traser A. Sheeler, 21, of the 300 block of Apple, was formally charged Oct. 21 with unlawful possession of cannabis more than 2.5 grams. The charge stems from a Sept. 14 incident, according to court documents.

n Harlie D. Nix, 18, Bonnie, was formally charged Oct. 23 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. The charge alleges the minor consumed alcohol on Sept. 22.

n Trisha L. Staley, 18, Texico, was formally charged Oct. 23 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. The charge alleges the minor consumed alcohol on Sept. 22.

n Cortez L. Pickett, 25, of the 800 block of South 19th Street, was formally charged Oct. 23 with theft. The charge alleges on Sept. 21 the defendant took a cell phone, having a value of less than $500, from a woman.

n Linda M. Smart, 23, Rolling Meadows, was formally charged Oct. 23 with criminal trespass to a residence and criminal damage to property. The charges allege the defendant damaged a door frame at a residence in the 900 block of West Lincoln Street in Dix and entered the residence at a time when the defendant knew one or more persons were inside the residence.

n Michael W. Schnicker, 47, Bluford, was formally charged Oct. 28 with domestic battery. The charge alleges on Oct. 12 the defendant struck his ex-wife in the face and the defendant has a prior conviction of domestic battery.

Dispositions:

Christopher L. Downen, 23, Wayne City, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.

n Leslie J. Hooper, 27, of the 1900 block of South Ninth Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Kimberly R. Carlton, 25, of the 600 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of criminal trespass to land. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Shaylah R. Rector, 21, of the 900 block of Salem Road, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of criminal damage to property. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and ordered to seek medical/mental treatment.

n Trenton K. Haynes, 25, Bluford, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to charges of possession of cannabis more than 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge to run concurrently on both charges.

n Ryan C. Duncan, 25, Dix, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Donald M. Ashby, 57, Centralia, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of entering upon railroad property. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Tonika A. Dockerty, 35, Chicago, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Jennifer M. Ivy, 41, of the 400 block of South 22nd Street, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Philese Jones, 23, Centralia, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Richard E. Smith, 46, Centralia, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of entering upon railroad property. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Donald E. Summerville, 42, of the 700 block of South 19th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance near a school, church or park. He was sentenced to three years to the Department of Corrections.

n Durk L. Graham, 23, of the 16000 block of East Bakerville Road, pleaded guilty Wednesday to three counts of theft less than $500, with a prior conviction for the same offense. He was sentenced to 30 months of conditional discharge to be served concurrently on all charges. He was also ordered to make restitution on one of the charges and given credit for time served.

n Michael P. Ellis, 37, of the 1300 block of South 26th Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of obstructing justice. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation.

n Kelvon J. Bradley, 20, of the 500 block of South 24th Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation and given credit for 22 days served.
